Is the fee per node or per user?
It is free to create an account. The fee is per node the user brings to the platform. A user can have multiple nodes
What personal information do you store?
We only store your account email, account password, and cloud credentials that you provide us. We do not store or ask for any other other personal information. All credit card payment information is handled by Stripe and are PCI compliant. We do not see or store any payment information
The Dcomm chain is growing everday, will you manage the size of my AWS instance for me?
Yes. If we detect your instance is too small or your node is out of date we will update them for you if you have that option enabled (enabled by default).
I do not have enough coins to run a validator, does delegating my coins to a validator cost money?
